• What do you feel most desperate for today and why - rest and relief or recompense?
• Do you feel weary today? Remember Jesus’ words - “Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest.” Spend time surrendering your burdens to Christ and asking him to give you rest. 
• Philippians 4:8 encourages us to think about whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable and God will give us peace. How can you focus on these things this week instead of the stresses of life?
