He is Worthy (Easter 2015)

April 5, 2015 Speaker: Pastor Bill Series: Easter

Passage: Revelation 5

Without Jesus, there would be no way, no truth and no life.

Without Jesus, there would be no means to have a relationship with the one who created us.

Without Jesus, all would be hopeless, meaningless and insignificant.

Without Jesus, life would be a desolate wasteland of empty ruin.

Without Jesus, the world would be an overwhelming wilderness full of pointless suffering and reasonless pain.

Without Jesus, victory truly would come down to survival of the fittest and the might of the most ruthless.

Without Jesus, there would be no hope for real justice, no true selfless righteousness, no vindication and no mercy for the broken.

Without Jesus, the universe would be nothing but an awful, terrifying, destitute labyrinth in which we would all be lost.

But He is risen. He breathes life into death. He brings hope to the hopeless. He brings meaning to the meaningless. He brings structure and purpose to the void. He brings victory to the defeated. He brings light into the darkness. He brings grace and peace to the destitute. He brings straight paths to the lost.

He is the way to peace with our Creator. He is the only truth that is worthy of our worship. He is the one source of abundant, everlasting life.
