GO DEEPER:

1. Leaders in the church are born again, true of faith. Are you?
2. Leaders in the church are called by God and that calling is confirmed (seen) by others. Are you? When you look around, are people actually following you, or are you an armchair expert?
3. Leaders in the church are engaged with the community rather than separate from it. Leadership isn’t about knowing a lot from your ivory tower, but about being in the trenches with people. Are you?
4. Leaders in the church are people of character, mature and maturing. Are you? How have you clearly seen maturation in your life over the last year?
5. Do you desire to be developed as a potential leader? What’s stopping you from letting us know?
