In so many situations in our lives, we are powerless to change others or ourselves. As we look at Acts 2, we see that God makes it very clear that power and real change doesn't come from our efforts, our discipline, or our abilities, but from Him. So what are we supposed to do? How are we supposed to tap into that power for change?
