Executive Pastor
Position Overview: The Executive Pastor will oversee the church's operational functions, providing leadership and support to ministry leaders to achieve the church’s mission and vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Church Operations:
- Assist with the church's day-to-day operations, ensuring overall alignment with the church’s mission and vision
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to enhance productivity and ministry effectiveness
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the church’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Ensure financial integrity and accountability, working closely with the elders and accountant
- Develop strategies for financial health and sustainability while maintaining radical generosity
- Strategic Planning:
- Work with the pastor and church leadership to develop and implement the church’s strategic plan
- Identify and pursue opportunities for church growth and community partnership
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of church programs and initiatives
- Ministry Development:
- Identify, recruit, and develop leaders and ministries within the church
- Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to equip leaders for ministry and leadership roles
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission and vision of Revolve Church
- Education or demonstrated mastery in theology, ministry, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in operations, financial management, and leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A heart for ministry and a passion for seeing the church grow and thrive
- Beliefs in alignment with Revolve’s doctrinal statement

Pastor of Discipleship
Position Overview: The Pastor of Discipleship will oversee and improve the church's discipleship initiatives alongside other leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discipleship Groups:
- Develop, oversee, and support group ministries, ensuring they align with the church’s mission and vision.
- Recruit, train, and mentor group leaders to facilitate meaningful and transformative group experiences.
- Create and implement strategies for group multiplication and member engagement.
- Next-Gen & Family Ministries:
- Oversee the execution of ministries for children, youth, and families, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive discipleship pathway from childhood to adulthood.
- Leadership Development:
- Alongside the elders, identify, recruit, and develop leaders within the church.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to equip leaders for ministry, maturity, and multiplication.
- Curriculum Oversight:
- Alongside the elders, ensure a biblical and consistent education system and equipping applicable to different age groups and learning styles.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Education or demonstrated mastery in theology, ministry, or a related field
- Experience in ministry, particularly in discipleship and leadership development
