What is a proper response to these things?
- ACKNOWLEDGE the Holiness of God (he cannot tolerate sin), the destructive nature of sin, the role that it plays in your life, and that the only hope we have is in Jesus' sacrifice.
- CONFESS the sin that God is bringing to light and ask him to forgive you and deliver you from future temptation
- THANK him for the forgiveness that he promises and walk in freedom.
